Psalms ◦ Chapter 24
1The earth was created by God, and everything in it is his —
the entire world, and all living upon it;2for he built the land-masses upon deep reservoirs
and established life upon flowing waters.3Who is able to enter the Lord’s throne-room?
Who is capable of standing in his holy presence? 4Those who love purely — in action and in heart,
who do not embrace false views of God
or practice deceit. 5They will receive healing from the Lord —
complete restoration to righteousness from God — their Remedy.6Such purity characterizes those who seek him,
who overcome with God, like Jacob. 7Look up and unlock the gates to your minds;
open the doors to your hearts,
that the King of Love and Truth may enter in. 8Who is this King of Love and Truth?
The Lord strong in love and mighty in truth —
the Lord mighty in battle against lies, fear and selfishness. 9Look up and unlock the gates to your minds,
open the doors to your hearts,
that the King of Love and Truth may enter in. 10Who is he, this King of Love and Truth?
The Lord God Almighty —
he is the King of Love and Truth!
