1How beautiful and pleasant it is
when God’s people live together in harmony!

2This happens when the oil of love and truth cleanse the mind (oil poured on the head),
saturate the growth and development (running down on the beard),
saturate the growth and development of our leaders (running down on Aaron’s beard),
and become part of the character (running down upon his robes).

3It is like the life-giving love from heaven (like the dew of Hermon)
falling upon the people (falling on Mount Zion).
Into the hearts of people is where God imparts his remedy,
healing them to everlasting life.
