What would it take to get you to hurt another person? To purposely inflict pain on another, to take away freedom from someone, to compel another person to violate their conscience, to take someone’s property—and feel justified in doing it? What would it take for you to be willing to violate God’s law of love and liberty and coerce another human being? How many steps will you take toward genocide?

Do you think this is a farfetched possibility? Do you think that people who willingly participate in harming others are substantially different from you? Perhaps they have a brain defect, or maybe they are Satan worshipers—just evil in character? Do you believe that people who are law-abiding, who seek to be morally upright, who strive to be good neighbors are substantially different from those who knowingly participate in mass murder?

Lessons from History

The vast majority of the citizens of WWII Germany did not have brain defects; they were not Satan worshipers; in fact, most identified as Christian—yet, somehow, millions of regular people went along with that evil regime in perpetrating mass-genocide. How is that possible? Surely, we conclude, that most didn’t know the full extent of the “Final Solution.” Perhaps this is true, yet everyone knew of the discrimination against the Jews, the laws passed that restricted liberties, the taking of property, the rescinding of professional licenses—such as Jewish physicians no longer being able to practice medicine—the forced closing of businesses, the relocation of people, the forced division and identification requirements. Mass-genocide was not the first action of that evil regime; it was the final step in a long process of discrimination. But how could so many seemingly good people go along with any of it? Is it possible that the obedient, the rule-followers, those who trust the authorities, those who want to stay out of legal trouble, are willing to support genocide when they believe it is for the greater good?

Various Holocaust memorial organizations have documented ten stages that governments take that lead to genocide, that get good people to eventually participate in not just hurting others but also exterminating them.[1]

As much as our own egos would like us to believe that such atrocities are anomalies restricted to corrupt systems like the Nazis, history documents quite the opposite. Genocide has happened again and again in every ethnic and people group throughout human history. Here are just a few examples:

• 1500–1600s: Papal persecution of Protestants
• 1915: Ottoman (Turkish) persecution of Christians
• 1919–1921: Bolshevik persecution of Jews and Cossacks
• 1920s–1930s: Stalin’s Soviet persecution of multiple ethnic minorities
• 1935–1945: Nazi Germany persecution of Jews and others
• 1937–1945: Japanese mass killing of Chinese
• 1937: Dominican Republic mass execution of Haitians
• 1975–1979: Khmer Rouge Cambodia
• 1994: Rwanda
• 1995: Bosnia-Herzegovina
• 2003: Sudan
• 1927–today: China multiple massacres

This is just a small sample of the myriad cases of genocide throughout human history to demonstrate that human beings have committed genocide against other human beings in every time and culture. And the Bible prophesizes that before Jesus returns, a beastly system will arise that will lead the entire world to persecute those who are loyal to God.

Right now in our modern world, we see taking place the well-known stages designed to get good people to harm others. If not opposed, this will result in the complete formation of the beast of Revelation and the persecution of God’s people. The truly frightening fact is that many people who consider themselves good—consider themselves moral, consider themselves Christian—are actively practicing, implementing, and participating in these stages, advancing the principles that leads to genocide.

Let’s examine the ten stages—and whether you are complicit with any of them.

The Ten Stages of Genocide

Stage 1: Classification | People divided into us versus them

In the first stage, people are divided by some issue or factor—race, religion, nationality, economic status, political party—or vaccinated versus unvaccinated status. Note that this division over vaccination status is not a division of actual sick (actively infected) people versus uninfected healthy people, which would justify a brief quarantine (10–14 days) for the actively sick. No, the messaging today is about vaccine status, not health status.

Simple division isn’t enough, however, to get good people to harm others; with the division, a moral difference must be insinuated: One group must be represented as being better, wiser, smarter, more worthy, more righteous, more deserving, harder working, healthier, etc.—while the target group is designated as a threat, a danger, a drain, exploitive, harmful and, ultimately, an enemy of the people.

• Communists divide on economic and party lines—the wealthy are exploitive and selfish and hurt the poor.
• Catholics in the Dark Ages divided on religious tenants—the Protestants are heretics who corrupt the faith.
• Muslims divide on religious beliefs—non-Muslims are infidels who are opposed to Allah.
• European and American slavers and Nazis divided by race—Africans and Jews are less evolved and will corrupt the gene pool.

Whatever the division, the methods of those dividing are the same: Find some element to divide people upon and then introduce a sense of superiority, a moral reason why it is right to devalue and mistreat the other group: “They are a danger to us; therefore, it is not only necessary to act against them, but it is also morally right because our actions are intended to save lives.”

Today, the vaccinated are portrayed as wise, scientific, and morally superior people who love others and want the pandemic to end—while the unvaccinated are portrayed as ignorant, unscientific, and morally inferior people who are conspiracy nuts, don’t care about the lives of others, and don’t want the pandemic to end. The unvaccinated are the enemy who threatens our lives and the lives of our loved ones—therefore, they must be stopped.

The solution: Stage 1 is defeated by the refusal to be divided. We counter the divisive messaging with messages that unite.

Martin Luther King Jr. combatted racial division by appealing to a common humanity, as children of God, which established the foundation of the U.S. government:

When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note. … Even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream. I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of the creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”

In the current situation, we counter the divisive messaging with the truth that every person wants to be healthy and that every person wants to see COVID defeated. No one wants to get sick and die. We are all in this together, and there are multiple approaches to overcoming this infection. These therapeutic interventions include, but are not limited to: vaccines, vegetarian diet, sunshine, vitamin D, healthy relationships, avoiding alcohol, handwashing, avoiding shaking hands, various early treatment protocols, and quarantining the symptomatic. There is no single intervention that works with 100-percent certainty for every person. Furthermore, not every person is at the same risk from the disease, and not everyone will benefit from the same intervention; therefore, let’s help each person find the solution that works best for them and their family. In other words, we must return to historic ethics and practices of medicine and get the government, politics, and big Pharma to stop interfering with individual healthcare.

Stage 2: Symbolization | Forced identification by group

Having separated people into us versus them, the next stage is to introduce a way to identify the two groups. Throughout history, evildoers have used many ways to differentiate the victim group: skin color, ethnic clothing, religious paraphernalia, mandated icon on the clothing (e.g., star of David), or state-issued “papers,” some form of governmental ID or registration.

What about today? Aren’t there people clamoring for mandates for a government ID—a vaccine passport?

The solution: We defeat Stage 2 by refusing the governmental ID programs and refuse as businesses and individuals to support such ID programs. We refuse to require it in our groups, organizations, associations, and affiliations. We say, “No!”

Stage 3: Discrimination | Systematic discrimination against the identified group

All of the following discriminatory practices have happened to victimized groups throughout history, whether in Nazi Germany, Stalin’s Soviet Union, America during slavery, or any other place where mass-discrimination and genocide occurred.

• Restricted travel
• Restricted ability to go to restaurants, public places and events, houses of worship, and visit family
• Restricted speech and censorship
• Termination from employment
• Fines
• Restrictions and revocation of professional licenses
• Forced business closure
• Restricted access to healthcare
• Restricted access to education

And we are seeing these very actions being taken against the unvaccinated in society today.

The solution: We defeat Stage 3 by rejecting all discrimination and ensure that full civil liberties and human rights are afforded to all people regardless of their vaccine status. Any quarantine or restriction of liberty must be based only on a person’s objective health, not vaccine status. We must refuse to quarantine healthy people and refuse any restriction of liberty, employment, or travel based on vaccine status. Only when individuals are actively infected, which is evident because they actually became sick, is it reasonable to restrict their activity (quarantine)—and then only for the brief duration (10–14 days) of their active infection.

Stage 4: Dehumanization | Victims equated with animals, vermin, or disease

Throughout history, victimized groups were dehumanized—American Indians were called “savages,” blacks were equated with apes, and Jews were called “subhuman.” And today, the unvaccinated are castigated as disease carriers—as Biden falsely accused, “It is a pandemic of the unvaccinated.”

Is this what you want? Are you dividing society into the vaccinated versus the unvaccinated? Do you see those who are unvaccinated as a danger, a threat—as disease carriers? If vaccinated, do you see yourself as morally superior, as having greater love for your fellow man than the unvaccinated? Then you are being led down the path of the beast, the road to perdition, the inevitable participation in persecuting your fellow human being. How far down this road will you go before you wake up and repent?

The solution: We defeat Stage 4 by rejecting the lie, promptly and boldly denouncing any messaging that suggests that the unvaccinated are the problem, that they are disease carriers. Stand up for the truth that all human beings want to be healthy and that the unvaccinated simply have not been persuaded that the vaccine is the best way for them to combat COVID. Investigate the reasons and science behind why some don’t want the vaccine (COVID-recovered with natural immunity—studies show that natural immunity to COVID is superior to vaccinations; healthy lifestyle with very low risk; religious conviction; complicating medical status, etc.).

Stage 5: Organization | Government creates special agents (police/military) to enforce its discriminatory policies

Throughout history, persecuting governments have created policing agents to enforce their discriminatory agenda. The Nazis had their Brownshirts and the SS; the communists employed their secret police.

Today, it is not only federal, state, and local law enforcement and other government agents, but it is also big tech, social media, and big business colluding with the government to discriminate against the unvaccinated: censoring dissent, terminating media channels, firing from employment, restricting travel, and restricting assembly.

In Nazi Germany, the Brownshirts were not soldiers; they were citizen believers in the cause who embraced the regime’s policies. In communist countries, many citizens embrace the regime’s policies and effectively become a citizen enforcement arm of the government, monitoring neighbors, reporting infractions and even restricting liberties of others. In America today, millions of citizens have been propagandized into accepting a false narrative and have become believers in a grand deceit; they have begun, under the false rationale of saving lives, to violate the historic standards of medical ethics, practices, and morals, effectively becoming the citizen enforcement arm of the government.

It has been a long-standing standard medical practice that once a treatment becomes approved in the United States, any licensed physician can use that treatment for purposes other than that for which it was approved. This is known as “off-label” prescribing.

Here are a few examples:

• prazosin, a medicine approved to treat high blood pressure, is commonly prescribed for the unapproved treatment of nightmares associated with PTSD.
• clomiphene, a medicine approved to treat female infertility, is prescribed for the unapproved treatment of male infertility.
• clonidine, a drug approved to treat high blood pressure, is commonly prescribed for the unapproved treatment of ADHD.
• quetiapine, a drug approved for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression, is commonly prescribed for the unapproved treatment of insomnia.
• propranolol, a medicine approved for high blood pressure, is prescribed for the unapproved treatment of performance anxiety.

And there are thousands more examples. Again, it is standard medical practice to prescribe “off label,” which means for a condition other than the official indication. If there is evidence that the treatment offers benefit and does not harm or add risk that outweighs the benefit, then it is considered ethical and good medical practice to use off-label medications.

However, the current propaganda campaign, which includes recommendations by the CDC, has advanced protocols and treatments that have high risk with little or no evidence of benefit, while obstructing treatments that have no risk and significant evidence of benefit.

Example of High-Risk Recommendation

The current CDC guidelines for treating hospitalized COVID-19 patients include using Remdesivir. Yet in studies in which Remdesivir was used to treat Ebola, those who received this treatment had the highest death rates—so high that the study had to be stopped.

In one of the few studies of Remdesivir to treat COVID-19, researchers found no difference from placebo in saving lives or reducing viral load. Yet it remains recommended by the CDC and used by obedient doctors across the country.

Examples of Low-Risk High-Benefit Treatment Being Obstructed by the Government and Propaganda Machine:

• 15 studies provide evidence that early use of Ivermectin reduces COVID-19 hospitalization and death by 86 percent. Multiple other studies show the same overwhelmingly beneficial results from Ivermectin. Billions of doses of Ivermectin have been given with zero deaths reported. Ivermectin is on the WHO list of essential medicines. It is one of the safest drugs in history. Yet the CDC continues to recommend against it.
• Hydroxychloroquine combination treatment significantly reduces hospitalizations and deaths from COVID-19. Hydroxychloroquine is so safe that it is given to children, pregnant women, is listed as a WHO essential medication, and has been an over-the-counter medication in many countries.

A kind of modern-day “citizen regime enforcer” is now at work in the medical system. These two medications—with multiple studies documenting reduced hospitalization and death from COVID-19, with long safety history and essentially zero risk of harm—are now being actively obstructed from being prescribed, and physicians are being threatened for advocating their use. The Medical Board of the State of Washington has sent out a letter threatening to review and discipline any physician who promotes Ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19 treatment.

A pharmacist in my area also refuses to fill prescriptions for Ivermectin for COVID-19 prophylaxis or treatment. When I asked him why, he replied, “We follow the CDC and FDA guidelines and won’t fill this for off-label use.” When asked if the policy of not filling prescriptions for off-label use applies to all prescriptions, he said, “No, it doesn’t.” Thus,  the Washington Medical Board and a pharmacist in my area have become modern-day “regime enforcers,” pawns and agents of an autocratic government enforcing rules that violate medical ethics, morals, and historic standards and practices of medicine, and their actions are injuring people—yet they claim that they are merely following the governmental guidelines, executive orders, or mandates—sound familiar?

These good-hearted people have been duped to march in step with their leader, Joe Biden, who, in a speech on September 9, 2021, during which he announced a vaccination mandate for federal workers and fines for large businesses that don’t mandate their employees to get vaccinated, said, “Freedom doesn’t matter, individual choice doesn’t matter.” Is this your belief? Is this the land in which you want to live, or do you still want to live in the “land of the free and the home of the brave”!

The solution: We defeat Stage 5 by rejecting these mandates, laws, and executive orders. At the International COVID Summit, held in Rome, Italy September 12-14, 2021, Dr. Robert Malone presented the Physician’s Declaration calling for the restoration of historic standards of medical ethics, the sanctity of the doctor-patient relationship, and the removal of all barriers to care placed by governments, pharmacists, hospitals, corporations, insurance carriers, and others.  We must resist the corrupt and discriminatory practices spreading throughout the world. As Martin Luther King Jr. said, “One has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws” (Letter from a Birmingham Jail, 1963).

• If you were a police officer in 1963, what kind of officer would you have been? The kind who arrested Martin Luther King Jr.—or the kind who refused to arrest him?
• If you were an employer in 1963 and Jim Crow laws forbade you from hiring a black person, what kind of employer would you have been? One who obeyed that law—or one who disobeyed it?

What about today? If you work in the government as a law-enforcer or if you employ anyone, what kind of person do you want to be? Disobey these unjust laws!

Now consider how such medical “brownshirts” will respond to this blog—will they engage in an intelligent, evidence-based dialog to address my concerns, with logic, with rational and reasonable discourse, producing evidence and allowing for differences of medical opinion until the evidence becomes irrefutable? Or will they rely upon authority of office, government mandates, executive orders, policy positions, rule enforcement, and claim that they are following the authorities, while making accusations against me without evidence?

Stage 6: Polarization | Propaganda that turns populace against the group

Throughout history, every genocidal regime has had its propaganda machines to promulgate falsehood and restrict and censor information that would expose the regime’s lies. Propaganda is part of every stage that we have already discussed, but eventually progresses to restrict free speech and an open honest press. No totalitarian or communist government could survive with an honest and open press and free speech.

Today in America, propaganda, censorship and obstruction of free speech is happening on a scale like never before. Come and Reason has been censored for mentioning Ivermectin in one of our videos. The government—through its politicians and governmental agencies, like the CDC and NIH—has put out a constant stream of misinformation and actively works to obstruct data, facts, science, and stories that expose their narrative as false. Consider the false claims they’ve made up to this point:

• The virus did not originate in a lab in China.
• Fauci and NIAID did not fund the gain-of-function research.
• The government claims to want to stop the spread of COVID but then ships thousands of illegal immigrants, many infected with COVID, all over the country.
• SARS-COV2 can be eradicated if enough people get vaccinated.
• SARS-COV2 does not spread from the vaccinated.
• The unvaccinated are a danger to the community.
• COVID vaccines prevent reinfection.
• It is dangerous to have employees who are unvaccinated.
• Most people are at risk of dying from SARS-COV2.
• COVID vaccines are proven safe and have no long-term risks.
• Vaccine immunity is better than natural immunity.
• Pfizer vaccine is approved by the FDA.

The propaganda machine also obstructs information on therapeutics and early treatments, refusing to endorse and promote early treatment protocols that have been documented to reduce hospitalization and death by up to 86 percent. This results in the unvaccinated getting infected, unable to receive effective and proven treatments, thereby resulting in higher levels of the unvaccinated presenting in distress at hospitals and higher deaths among the unvaccinated. This then supports their false narratives that the only safety is in getting the vaccines and that the villains are the unvaccinated.

Big tech and mainstream media are colluding with this distorted government propaganda and, more recently, many medical media outlets have joined in the propaganda to advance a single therapeutic intervention (vaccines), while maligning and obstructing evidence and open discussion of any other preventative therapy or early treatment (with the exception of monoclonal antibodies and vitamin D).

This has led to repeated propaganda that the vaccines make us safe and that the unvaccinated are dangerous, a threat, as Biden recently said, “We must protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated.”

The solution: We defeat Stage 6 by rejecting censorship, returning to the historic ideals of free speech, allowing all views and ideas equal expression. Truth rises to the top—the evidence will win out when not artificially obstructed and censored. Break up the social medical giants and rescind the broadcast licenses from media outlets that become propaganda machines. Respect the liberty of each person to determine what medical intervention is best for their health condition—but this requires that we have much better open communication, without censorship and false narratives. Reject the narrative that the pandemic is a threat to the majority of the population—less than one percent is at risk of death; more than 99 percent are not at risk. Don’t allow propaganda to create an imbalanced risk/benefit assessment. Assess the risk for what it is, not for what it is not. Don’t allow the fear of the virus to be magnified out of proportion and don’t allow the fear of the virus to be displaced onto the unvaccinated—millions of them have better immunity, having naturally recovered, than the vaccinated.

Stage 7: Preparation | Victims forced to wear identification, separated, isolated, and have food or medical care restricted—some begin to die through starvation or lack of medical care

We are now entering Stage 7. Some doctors have begun refusing to treat the unvaccinated, but this is a violation of the historic principles and ethics of medicine. We as physicians never deny care; it doesn’t matter if the person is a murderer, rapist, molester, or smoker who keeps smoking through their trach after every ICU ventilator stay. If someone needs care, we provide it—that is the ethic of the physician.

But the perversity of COVID propaganda is infecting minds, so that good people believe that they should withhold care punitively, and for what? For a medical treatment with no long-term safety data, a treatment whose effectiveness falls with every mutation?

Where is the respect for individual decision making? Where is the recognition that vaccines are not the only way to fight the virus? Where is the recognition that the COVID recovered have better immunity than the vaccinated?

The CDC has even drawn up plans for forced relocation of individuals at high risk from COVID. Whether it will ever be implemented is yet to be seen, but the plans have been drawn up.

The solution: We defeat Stage 7 by rejecting the entirety of the false narrative and by living out the historic standards of medical ethics in how we treat others. We refuse to restrict care or to isolate people based on their vaccine status.

Stage 8: Persecution | Initial relocation, separation of children from parents, murders, taking of property, trial massacres

What level of persecution are you willing to participate in?

• If you are a police officer and are ordered by the state to remove a child from a home, because their parents are unvaccinated, will you do it?
• If you are a judge and employers terminate healthy people who refuse the vaccine, are you going to uphold it?
• If groups begin assaulting and beating the unvaccinated, will society hold the assailants accountable or give silent approval and take no action?

 The solution: We defeat Stage 8 by changing governmental policy and leadership; historically, when a genocide crisis gets to this stage, the only remedy is usually one that involves force of arms—intervention by parties that can force a return to normal civil liberties. God’s people must pray for righteousness now and be vessels of God’s goodness today—if they do not, He will abandon them to their beastly ways and human violence becomes unavoidable.

Stage 9: Extermination | Wholesale extermination of the victim group

In every genocide event, few average citizens would likely ever expect to reach this stage—but the forced division, the propaganda, the lies and censorship, the hatred, and the unchecked belief that “nothing like that could happen here” have all worked together to create such demonization of the victim group and fear (not only of the manufactured crisis, but for their own lives at the hands of authoritarians) that such satanic, barbaric means are unavoidable. If a citizen has resisted interceding for the victim group before this stage, the chances are that they will approve (by direct action or by silence) and even participate in the extermination, believing they are doing something good, even the will of God.

The solution: We defeat Stage 9 by never getting there in the first place. Obviously, at such a stage, the only solution is a total replacement of the existing government, and this will usually occur by violent means. However, in all beastly scenarios, when the demonized party rises to power, it often seeks vengeance as a tool for human justice. Injustice breeds injustice, but acts of righteousness at stages 1 through 8 can be used by God to change hearts, free minds, to avoid ever reaching Stage 9. Are you ready to stand for the cause of righteousness? If you don’t do it now, what are the chances that you will do it by Stage 9?

Stage 10: Denial | Government denial of having committed any crimes

How do governments get good people to participate in persecuting others? By leading them to believe that what they are doing is right, for the greater good, a benefit to the larger whole—and that those whom they are persecuting are a danger or a threat.

Yes, those who do evil always deny they have done evil. They typically have created a narrative as to why their actions were for the greater good. And that is exactly what we are seeing in society today. We are truly on dangerous ground. Events unfolding are leading otherwise decent people down paths where many are actively participating in processes that are well-known to lead to abuse, exploitation, and the eventual murdering of others.

CS Lewis wrote:

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity [greed] may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. … This very kindness stings with intolerable insult. To be “cured” against one’s will and cured of states which we may not regard as disease is to be put on a level of those who have not yet reached the age of reason or those who never will; to be classed with infants, imbeciles, and domestic animals (God in the Dock: Essays on Theology and Ethics).

The beast of Revelation is rising, but it is not rising to “do evil”—it is rising to do “justice,” to “save lives,” to make society better, safer, to make us healthier, to protect us from ourselves, from climate change, from pandemics.

The question is, are you going along with the beast? Are you buying into the propaganda? Are you embracing the methods of God’s enemy?

The issue before the world today is not about a virus or a vaccine; it is about power, control, the overthrow of liberty, the reshaping of society, and the rise of satanic forces.

It is about the character you are developing by the methods you choose to practice in your treatment of others. God’s kingdom is the kingdom of truth, love, and liberty. Those on God’s side will practice these methods and develop a character like Jesus. But those who are seeking justice, seeking to do right, while embracing the methods of this world, who practice the methods of Satan’s kingdom, will harden their hearts and corrupt their characters, all the while claiming they are merely trying to save lives.

I implore you—choose God now, choose His truth, love, and liberty—and reject the beastly methods of this world!
